Super Heroes and American Comics?

My recent fandom has been superheroes. Specifically those related to Marvel And DC.

I have no clue where to buy American comics, but I really like the spin off TV shows. I've recently been obsessing over X-Men:Evolution, Teen Titans (again), and Justice League Unlimited.

Favorite Superheros (in order):
Wally West (both as The Flash and Kid Flash)
Nightcrawler
Quicksilver
Speedy
Robin (specifically Dick Grayson)
Shadowcat

And to think I might have actually done something useful with my summer.
